February 2, 2024 became a special date for me: it was on this day that I received my first certificate of state registration of a computer program in the new year. It concerns the mobile app "Almaz Real Estate", which I had been working on for several months. This app was developed specifically for a real estate agency in Kazan, and its functionality is fully adapted to the needs of agents and clients.

My achievements in the field of intellectual property don't end there. I'm happy to report that to date I have received four certificates of state registration of computer programs. And this is just the beginning! Notifications of positive review results have been received for ten more software products. This means that in the near future I will receive even more official documents confirming my rights as a software developer.

Why Are Computer Program Registrations and Patents So Important?

Obtaining a certificate of state registration of a computer program is not just a formality. It is:

— The owner of exclusive rights
— The application and registration dates

The certificate is a guarantee of legal protection both in Russia and abroad in the case of international registration.

The mobile app "Almaz Real Estate" became the first software product in 2024 to receive a certificate. It implements features such as:

This is unique software developed for specific business needs. All code, design, and architecture were created by me from scratch. Registering this program as an intellectual property asset confirms its originality and uniqueness.

Future Plans: Inclusion in the Russian Software Registry

💪 The next step in developing my software products will be inclusion in the Russian Software Registry. This registry is maintained by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation and includes only solutions that:

— Were developed on the territory of Russia
— Do not use foreign components
— Are registered with Rospatent

Inclusion in this registry will provide the opportunity to participate in government procurement, receive benefits, and increase the level of trust in the developed software.
